Talent Sharing
Mutual of Omaha's Talent Sharing Program matches employees with nonprofit organizations in the community, where they have an opportunity to donate their time, skills and expertise. These employees take on a variety of roles at their respective organizations, from serving on the board of directors to helping with short-term projects, including everything from strategic planning to computer networking projects.
