Mutual of Omaha and the United Way
Each year, Mutual of Omaha employees come together to support the United Way of the Midlands in their quest to provide support and hope to individuals and families in the community. For more than 25 consecutive years, Mutual employees have exceeded the company's United Way fundraising goal, making Mutual one of the leading contributors in Omaha.
In 2008, Mutual of Omaha Chairman and CEO Dan Neary chaired the Omaha citywide United Way campaign and the company and its employees together contributed more than $1 million to help make a difference.
