Dome Events

Rental Information

The Mutual of Omaha Dome is available to non-profit organizations for fundraising and special events. Exclusive use of the Dome area affords you many set-up options and ensures a first-class, private event.

Due to the unique space under the Dome, there is a standard layout for seating. Minimum seating is for 300 people, with the maximum seating for 800.  Changes to the standard layout will incur an additional cost.

The rental rates are as follows:

Monday through Thursday evenings: $1,000
Friday and Saturday evenings: $2,250
No events are held on Sundays or Holidays

Your application to rent the Mutual of Omaha Dome must be submitted at least three months prior to the date of your event. All applications are subject to approval. Dates will not be confirmed until the contract is signed.

The rental fee includes:

  • Two planning sessions
  • Sixty-five round tables with chairs (seats 8-10 people)
  • Fifteen 12-foot and ten 8-foot banquet tables (for check-in, auction, etc.)
  • Eight cocktail tables
  • Coat racks
  • On-site security
  • Curtain partitions
  • Open parking in Mutual’s surface lots
  • Audio system
  • Two podiums with microphones
  • Two hand-held microphones
  • Plasma screens throughout the Dome area
  • Two big screens on both sides of the stage area (available after dusk)
  • Computer projector
  • Video Playback
  • Background Music

Additional Costs

  • Audio/Visual Support ($250 minimum)
  • Coat check -- $200
  • Stage drape -- $200
  • Patron reception (Crisstal Room) -- $500
  • Additional Labor/Security -- $25.00 per hour
