Hand deliver the SDL application and event diagram to the City Clerk’s office ($25 fee). You will need to apply at least two weeks prior to the event.
A $25 check made payable to the City Clerks office and a $40 check made payable to the Liquor Control Commission are due at this time.
After your request is approved, the City Clerks office will send the application to the Liquor Commission in Lincoln.
The Liquor Commission will send the approved SDL to the City Clerks office, which will notify you when it is ready. You will have to go sign and pick up the SDL in person and post the license and receipt at the location on the event date.
