Forbes Ranks Mutual of Omaha 24th Among Best Large Employers Nationwide

Forbes magazine has ranked Mutual of Omaha 24th on its prestigious list of America’s Best Large Employers for 2024.

Mutual Ranked as Best Large Employer Based in Nebraska 

OMAHA, Neb. – Forbes magazine has ranked Mutual of Omaha 24th on its prestigious list of America’s Best Large Employers for 2024. The Forbes ranking also recognizes the company as the top large employer based in Nebraska and the second highest-ranked large employer nationally in the insurance industry.

 The Forbes ranking is based on a survey conducted by independent research company Statista of 170,000 U.S. employees working for companies employing at least 1,000 people within the U.S. In total, over 3.5 million employer evaluations were considered. The final score is based on two types of evaluations: personal (your employees) and public (your reputation score from employees in your industry).  

 The Forbes list includes rankings for more than 600 public and private entities across dozens of industries. The full list of “America’s Best Employers” and more information about its methodology are available at forbes.com.
