As an I/S Manager, you will define and implement strategies that drive our technology modernization efforts, while maintaining quality output from our current tech stack throughout the journey. You will lead a team that supports our Common Technology Platform, with a mission to standardize and automate the lower layers of the tech stack, in order to enhance our developer experience, enabling them to move efficiently and securely while building solutions that meet our business partners needs.  This includes support of our Cloud Environments, Business Events Bus, CICD Platform, API Platform and our Container Environment.   

WHAT WE CAN OFFER YOU:

  • Estimated Salary: $130,000 - $155,000, plus annual bonus opportunity. 
  • Benefits and Perks, 401(k) plan with a 2% company contribution and 6% company match.
  • Regular associates working 40 hours a week can earn up to 15 days of vacation each year.
  • Regular associates receive 11 paid holidays in 2024, which includes 2 floating holidays that are added to your prorated personal time to be used at your discretion.
  • Regular associates are provided sick leave through the use of personal time. Associates working 40 hours a week can receive up to 40 hours of personal time in 2024, which is prorated based on the start date. Additionally you will receive two floating holidays in 2024 by way of personal time that may be used at your discretion.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Influence and unite as ONE TEAM:  Effectively build consensus, encourage participation, and align team efforts to meet strategic objectives through collaboration with your teams, LPM, and IS and business stakeholders. 
  • Drive Team Engagement: Capable of bringing people together, fostering a collaborative environment, and rallying teams around a common vision and purpose. 
  • Accelerate Modernization:  Continue to advance and implement platform enhancements that empower our developers to deliver solutions more efficiently, accelerating their ability to meet the needs of our business partners. By optimizing our tools and processes, we can streamline development workflows, improve productivity, and ultimately drive faster, more effective results for our stakeholders.  
  • Deliver Technology Solutions: Be able to discuss technical solutions with team members and challenge teams to apply critical thinking and cross-team/area collaboration.   Experience with effective criteria evaluation, decision making, problem solving, conflict resolution, and risk mitigation is key. 
  • Foster Learning & Growth:  Multiply your leadership and results through others by promoting team continuous improvement, providing team growth and training opportunities, and setting/raising the bar for team culture focused on effective results.  

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

  • 3+ years of I/S experience and demonstrated success in leveling-up teams, building and sustaining strong team culture for technology solution delivery teams. 
  • Bachelor’s Degree in IT, project management, or business, or equivalent experience. 
  • Experience in defining and managing the technology vision and strategy with business goals, ensuring that our technology roadmap supports long-term business objectives. 
  • Proven success with large migration or modernization efforts. 
  • Technology ownership experience with vendor engagement ownership, vendor conflict resolution, contract negotiation and ownership, budget and expense oversight, risk management, governance and compliance, business resiliency planning, and systems life cycle planning including change management. 
  • Understanding and utilization of SAFe agile principles, metrics, deliverables to drive increased throughput. 
  • You have experience with managing offshore partnerships to support our borrowed capacity strategy to accelerate our modernization efforts.

  • Able to work remotely with access to a high-speed internet connection and located in the United States or Puerto Rico.
