As a Sales Recruiter for Mutual of Omaha Advisors you will be focused on expanding our Advisor Network, you’ll play a vital role in building the next generation of sales professionals. Your responsibilities will include sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates just starting their careers, ensuring we bring in ambitious and driven individuals eager to make an impact. WHAT WE CAN OFFER YOU:

  • Estimated Salary: Minimum: $49,500 MidPoint: $59,500 Maximum: $69,500, plus commission.
  • Benefits and Perks, 401(k) plan with a 2% company contribution and 6% company match.
  • Regular associates working 40 hours a week can earn up to 15 days of vacation each year.
  • Regular associates receive 11 paid holidays in 2025, which includes 2 floating holidays that are added to your prorated personal time to be used at your discretion.
  • Regular associates are provided sick leave through the use of personal time. Associates working 40 hours a week can receive up to 40 hours of personal time in 2025, which is prorated based on the start date. Additionally you will receive two floating holidays in 2025 by way of personal time that may be used at your discretion.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Recruitment Strategy & Community Engagement: Lead recruitment strategies for financial representative roles, building strong community relationships, attending career fairs, and ensuring a high-standard, consistent candidate experience from sourcing to interview.
  • Pipeline Management & Metrics: Independently manage daily recruiting activities to maintain a robust candidate pipeline, meeting recruiting metrics and anticipating sourcing needs to achieve quality results.
  • Collaboration & Best Practices: Collaborate with business partners to ensure the recruiting and selection process aligns with company standards, applying discretion in managing confidential information and delivering best practices in recruitment.
  • Leadership & Operational Excellence: Lead projects that drive operational excellence and contribute to a fair, equitable work environment, demonstrating leadership aligned with the company’s values.
  • Customer Service & Process Improvement: Provide excellent customer service and continuously seek ways to improve recruitment processes, aligning daily activities with the company’s mission, vision, and strategy.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

  • Experience & Education: Proven experience with sourcing and recruiting, complemented by a college degree or equivalent experience.
  • Networking & Marketing: Proven ability to network and market at the local level using both face-to-face interactions and social media channels.
  • Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, strong human relations abilities, and the capacity to maintain effective performance under pressure and handle criticism.
  • Organizational & Analytical Skills: Strong organizational, analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills, with a solid understanding of company policies, practices, and procedures.
  • Additional Requirements: Possession of a valid U.S. driver’s license and the ability to travel up to 50%.

  • Able to work remotely with access to a high-speed internet connection and located in the United States or Puerto Rico.
