In this exciting temporary role, you'll focus on recruiting for hard-to-fill technical roles such as Full Stack Software Engineers, Data Engineers, Architects, and other professional-level positions within our Information Services Operation. You may also support non-technical professional-level roles across other areas. WHAT WE CAN OFFER YOU:

  • Estimated Salary: 3-month basis, annualized to $85,000 - $100,000 (not hourly)

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Drive full-cycle recruitment for challenging technical and professional-level roles, delivering top-tier candidates in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs, build trust, and create tailored recruiting strategies that attract top talent.
  • Source exceptional candidates through creative methods, building strong pipelines of diverse, high-quality talent.
  • Manage multiple requisitions simultaneously while maintaining a high standard of quality and satisfaction for both candidates and hiring managers.
  • Promote Mutual of Omaha’s culture and values, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and creating a seamless candidate experience.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

  • At least five years of experience recruiting for technical roles, with a successful track record in sourcing and hiring for positions such as Full Stack Engineers, Data Engineers, and Architects.
  • Strong ability to design and execute effective recruiting strategies that align with business goals and adapt to changing needs.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to engage and influence hiring managers, candidates, and other stakeholders effectively.
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, maintaining focus and delivering results under pressure.
  • A proactive mindset with a drive to solve complex recruiting challenges and improve outcomes through data-driven decision-making.
  • You promote a culture of diversity and inclusion, value different ideas and opinions, and listen courageously, remaining curious in all that you do.
  • Able to work remotely with access to a high-speed internet connection and located in the United States or Puerto Rico.

PREFERRED:

  • Experience with sourcing on LinkedIn Recruiter, and other tech social platforms, as well as using technical assessment platforms (HackerRank preferred)
  • Experience leveraging recruitment metrics and analytics to refine processes and optimize strategies.
  • An interest in technology and innovation, helping you connect with technical candidates and understand their needs.
