WHAT WE CAN OFFER YOU:
- Estimated Salary (Levels have variable responsibilities and qualifications):
- Engineer I: $95,000 - $115,000, plus annual bonus
- Engineer II: $110,000 - $125,000, plus annual bonus.
- Benefits and Perks, 401(k) plan with a 2% company contribution and 6% company match.
- Regular associates working 40 hours a week can earn up to 15 days of vacation each year.
- Regular associates receive 11 paid holidays in 2025, which includes 2 floating holidays that are added to your prorated personal time to be used at your discretion.
- Regular associates are provided sick leave through the use of personal time. Associates working 40 hours a week can receive up to 40 hours of personal time in 2025, which is prorated based on the start date. Additionally you will receive two floating holidays in 2025 by way of personal time that may be used at your discretion.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Comprehensive Test Automation: Applies test automation knowledge throughout the software lifecycle, covering solution definition, development, maintenance, and optimization.
- Test Plan Oversight: Reviews test plans and test scripts across Development and business areas to ensure quality and consistency.
- Modern Framework Utilization: Utilizes patterns and modern frameworks for building, maintaining, and implementing solutions.
- Versatile Role: Occasional role flexibility, including individual contributor, lead, teacher, and mentor.
- Business Awareness and Quality Control: Gains understanding of supported business areas, communicates technical concepts effectively, evaluates performance tradeoffs, and maintains a strong focus on accuracy and code quality.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:
- Professionally developed and maintained automated tests over the last three or more years, preferably with: Selenium (Java), Cucumber, Karate, Cypress (JavaScript)
- Other technical and business experience including cloud, infrastructure, API expertise, calculating ROI, creating business cases and understanding various metrics.
- A Growth Mindset – The drive to research and learn new tools; drive change and be open to trial and error (learn from failure)
- Experience with the Agile/iterative development process and adheres to coding quality standards.
- Effective communication, collaboration and influencing in various settings.
- You promote a culture of diversity and inclusion, value different ideas and opinions, and listen courageously, remaining curious in all that you do.
- Able to work remotely with access to a high-speed internet connection and located in the United States or Puerto Rico.

PREFERRED:
- Graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, a related degree or equivalent work experience.
- Amazon Web Services (AWS), Continuous Integration / Continuous Deployment (GitHub Workflows), Kubernetes, Kafka, Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
