WHAT WE CAN OFFER YOU:
- Estimated Salary (Levels have variable responsibilities and qualifications):
- Business Systems Analyst II: $60,000 - $75,000, plus annual bonus opportunity.
- Business Systems Analyst III: $70,000 - $85,000, plus annual bonus opportunity.
- Business Systems Consultant I: $80,000 - $95,000, plus annual bonus opportunity.
- Benefits and Perks, 401(k) plan with a 2% company contribution and 6% company match.
- Regular associates working 40 hours a week can earn up to 15 days of vacation each year.
- Regular associates receive 11 paid holidays in 2025, which includes 2 floating holidays that are added to your prorated personal time to be used at your discretion.
- Regular associates are provided sick leave through the use of personal time. Associates working 40 hours a week can receive up to 40 hours of personal time in 2025, which is prorated based on the start date. Additionally you will receive two floating holidays in 2025 by way of personal time that may be used at your discretion.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Support complex business systems and tools, including ServiceNow, Jira, Confluence, Control-M, and ITMC, with an understanding of the available capabilities, how end users are leveraging these capabilities, gaps between capabilities and needs, and enhancement opportunities, and then provide solution recommendations that balance feasibility and business impact.
- Support the ongoing ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM) migration and tool optimization by collaborating with engineers and stakeholders to facilitate the transition of ITOM capabilities to ServiceNow.
- Lead efforts to ensure business resiliency by maintaining up-to-date plans and facilitating exercises to support seamless operations during disruptions and address potential risks proactively.
- Apply advanced change management strategies to align business practices and drive adoption of new processes while identifying opportunities to improve workflows and optimize team efficiency.
- Collaborate with Agile teams and stakeholders by participating in standups, gathering requirements, and delivering actionable recommendations to support business objectives and improve team outcomes.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:
- An innovative, forward thinking, analytical mindset to help us align technical capabilities with business objectives by managing business systems operations, performing workflow analysis, and leading us through cross-functional collaborations.
- Knowledge of business resiliency planning and change management practices, including experience maintaining resiliency plans, facilitating exercises, and leading process improvement initiatives.
- Ability to build reports, analyze the data, and communicate the output and your conclusions with varying audience levels.
- Exceptional critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with experience prioritizing tasks in dynamic environments while balancing immediate needs and long-term goals.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders, gather and document requirements, and present actionable insights effectively.
- You promote a culture of diversity and inclusion, value different ideas and opinions, and listen courageously, remaining curious in all that you do.
- Able to work remotely with access to a high-speed internet connection and located in the United States or Puerto Rico.

PREFERRED:
- Broad knowledge of insurance products, the insurance industry, and related legislation to effectively align business systems with organizational objectives and compliance requirements.
- Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies, as well as knowledge of SDLC, BABOK, DMBOK, and ADKAR frameworks, to support structured business analysis and process improvements.
- Proficiency in test and process automation, with strong quantitative and data analysis skills, to enhance operational efficiency and support data-driven decision-making.
