WHAT WE CAN OFFER YOU:

  • Estimated Salary (Levels have variable responsibilities and qualifications):
    • Engineer I: $95,000 -$115,000, plus annual bonus opportunity.
    • Engineer II: $110,000 - $130,000, plus annual bonus opportunity.
  • Benefits and Perks, 401(k) plan with a 2% company contribution and 6% company match.
  • Regular associates working 40 hours a week can earn up to 15 days of vacation each year.
  • Regular associates receive 11 paid holidays in 2025, which includes 2 floating holidays that are added to your prorated personal time to be used at your discretion.
  • Regular associates are provided sick leave through the use of personal time. Associates working 40 hours a week can receive up to 40 hours of personal time in 2025, which is prorated based on the start date. Additionally you will receive two floating holidays in 2025 by way of personal time that may be used at your discretion.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Component Framework to meet business requirements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze business needs and translate them into technical specifications and scalable Salesforce configurations.
  • Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and ensure seamless data flow and functionality.
  • Conduct testing, debugging, and performance tuning to deliver high-quality, reliable applications that align with security best practices.
  • Provide technical guidance and support for Salesforce-related projects while adhering to Agile development methodologies.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

  • 3 or more years of experience with proficiency in Apex programming, Visualforce, and the Lightning Component Framework for developing custom business logic and user interfaces.
  • Strong experience with Salesforce integration using REST and SOAP APIs, as well as SOQL and SOSL for data querying.
  • Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for enhancing user interfaces and customizing Salesforce components.
  • Familiarity with Agile development practices and version control tools (e.g., Git) for collaborative development.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

  • Able to work remotely with access to a high-speed internet connection and located in the United States or Puerto Rico.

PREFERRED:

  • Experience designing and implementing data models to support complex business processes within Salesforce.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce security features, including user roles, profiles, and sharing rules, to ensure robust data protection.
  • Familiarity with writing test classes and implementing debugging strategies to maintain high-quality code standards.
