The Distribution Operations Analyst will ensure a seamless and high-quality experience for producers by expertly managing contracts, compliance, and regulatory requirements. This role streamlines the process of authorizing producers to sell on behalf of the company, ensuring accurate commission payments and regulatory appointments. By building strong internal and external relationships, the position offers continuous support, resolving issues and maintaining oversight. With a focus on precision, this role oversees the execution and management of producer contracts across all distribution channels and product lines, enhancing efficiency and maintaining compliance every step of the way.

Our next official start date is February 21st, with training beginning on February 24th. Training will be conducted virtually for 8 weeks from 8:00AM - 4:30PM CST.  Following training, core hours are 8:00AM - 4:30PM CST, but can be flexible with the exception of days assigned to answering phone calls.

WHAT WE CAN OFFER YOU:

  • Hourly Wage: $20.75, plus annual bonus opportunity.
  • Benefits and Perks, 401(k) plan with a 2% company contribution and 6% company match.
  • Regular associates working 40 hours a week can earn up to 15 days of vacation each year.
  • Regular associates receive 11 paid holidays in 2025, which includes 2 floating holidays that are added to your prorated personal time to be used at your discretion.
  • Regular associates are provided sick leave through the use of personal time. Associates working 40 hours a week can receive up to 40 hours of personal time in 2025, which is prorated based on the start date. Additionally you will receive two floating holidays in 2025 by way of personal time that may be used at your discretion.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Provides exceptional customer service via phone, email, and other channels, explaining contractual and regulatory guidelines.
  • Manages contracting, licensing, appointments, terminations, and renewals while ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Establishes accurate pay structures and submits forms to state insurance departments on time.
  • Assesses producers' eligibility, addressing discrepancies and appeals in line with regulations.
  • Able to excel in a fast paced production environment, efficiently transitioning between diverse tasks with ease, while staying  current with industry regulations, offering expertise, analyzing changes, and contributing to process improvements.

  • Skilled in analytical thinking and problem-solving to address challenges effectively.
  • Excellent planning and organizational abilities, ensuring efficient task management.
  • Professional communicator, delivering high levels of customer service through phone, email, and other channels.
  • Collaborative team player, building strong relationships with peers, business partners, marketers, and producers while demonstrating high learning agility and adaptability to business and regulatory changes.

  • Able to work remotely with access to a high-speed internet connection and located in the United States or Puerto Rico.

PREFERRED:

  • Experience in leading teams, both formally and informally, by providing guidance and support to ensure the successful achievement of goals. 
  • Knowledge of insurance business processes, distribution channel management systems, and the distribution of product and services through multi-channel delivery.
  • Knowledge of distribution contracts administration and the licensing and appointment functions.
  • Understanding and application of state and federal regulations and company mandated requirements.
