WHAT WE CAN OFFER YOU:
- Hourly Wage: $21.35, plus annual bonus opportunity.
- Benefits and Perks, 401(k) plan with a 2% company contribution and 6% company match.
- Regular associates working 40 hours a week can earn up to 15 days of vacation each year.
- Regular associates receive 11 paid holidays in 2025, which includes 2 floating holidays that are added to your prorated personal time to be used at your discretion.
- Regular associates are provided sick leave through the use of personal time. Associates working 40 hours a week can receive up to 40 hours of personal time in 2025, which is prorated based on the start date. Additionally you will receive two floating holidays in 2025 by way of personal time that may be used at your discretion.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Perform premium processing, address customer inquiries, and maintain confidentiality. You'll resolve issues to exceed customer expectations while maintaining efficiency, quality, and timeliness.
- Analyze statements, oversee premium payments for groups, and uphold data integrity in company systems.
- Ensure accuracy in billing statements and premium payments. Identify, evaluate and resolve eligibility and billing entries.
- Identify and communicate premium and eligibility errors as needed.
- Maintain certholder eligibility and premium application. Ensure full compliance with coverage requirements outlined in policyholder contracts and relevant state and federal regulations.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:
- Proficient with personal computer and Microsoft applications.
- Ability to operate a computer keyboard and calculator, as well as proficient typing and data entry skills with strict attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and relationship building skills.
- Adaptability and the ability to learn quickly.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, alongside sound judgment, creativity, and flexibility.
- You promote a culture of diversity and inclusion, value different ideas and opinions, and listen courageously, remaining curious in all that you do.
- Able to work remotely with access to a high-speed internet connection and located in the United States or Puerto Rico.

PREFERRED:
- Advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge.
- Experience in professional office roles involving insurance products and services.
- Knowledge of contract provisions and the ability to communicate in terms a customer can understand regarding premium collection.
