- Estimated Salary (Levels have variable responsibilities and qualifications):
- Business Systems Analyst I: $24.00 - $28.00, plus annual bonus opportunity.
- Business Systems Analyst II: $57,500 - $68,000, plus annual bonus opportunity.
- Business Systems Analyst III: $66,500 - $80,000, plus annual bonus opportunity.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Provide administration and production support of Fineos by monitoring and responding to Jira tickets in the queue: reviewing tickets, managing and resolving issues.
- Create documentation throughout the project lifecycle including taking concise meeting notes, assisting in gathering and analyzing requirements and assisting with implementation.
- Assist with creation of test plans, test scripts, and performs manual or automated testing for enhancements, upgrades and on-going maintenance to ensure that business, technical, and functional requirements are being met.
- Communicate and present information effectively, both through written communications and verbally.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:
- Understanding of the business and technical processes needed to meet or exceed business objectives including familiarity with Agile/Scrum.
- Exposure to business analysis/project management techniques, processes and tools.
- Ability to organize and deliver tasks and projects in a timely manner.
- Detail-oriented, clear communication skills, both written and verbal.
- You promote a culture of diversity and inclusion, value different ideas and opinions, and listen courageously, remaining curious in all that you do.
- Able to work remotely with access to a high-speed internet connection and located in the United States or Puerto Rico.

PREFERRED:
- Disability or other type of Insurance Claims handling experience
- Prior experience working with Mutual of Omaha’s Workplace Solutions systems and business processes.
- Two or more years of experience in business analysis, project management, or similar capacities, including Agile or Scrum experience.
- Experience writing business and technical requirements to guide code changes.
- Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA), Business Analysis Body of Knowledge (BABOK), Data Management Book of Knowledge (DMBOK)
