You’ll spend your week building and nurturing relationships with colleges, universities, and sales organizations to fuel hiring and growth. Your days will blend strategic planning—analyzing partnership data and refining strategies—with hands-on talent acquisition, like sourcing and interviewing top candidates. Expect to travel for events, collaborate with internal teams, and represent the company at career fairs and industry gatherings. 

WHAT WE CAN OFFER YOU:

  • Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $100,000, plus annual bonus opportunity   
  • 401(k) plan with a 2% company contribution and 6% company match.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Build and expand strategic partnerships to support division hiring, growth, and profitability targets. 
  • Drive college partner growth and retention strategies while analyzing partnership performance to optimize hiring outcomes. 
  • Scout top-tier talent for the sales trainee program through networking, social media, and events, interviewing and recommending standout candidates to leadership. 
  • Lead and attend career fairs, sales competitions, and key industry events, representing our commitment to partnership excellence. 
  • Stay ahead of market trends to refine strategies, prioritize resources, and influence organizational success.

  • Travel: Expect to travel up to 50% of the time

  • Able to work remotely with access to a high-speed internet connection and located in the United States or Puerto Rico.

PREFERRED:

  • Previous experience with developing and managing college and/or vendor relationships  
  • Completed a portion or graduated from the Sales Trainee Program 
  • Knowledge of Group Insurance market 
  • Strong experience and extensive knowledge of Group Insurance products
