Summer 2025 Brand Marketing Intern - Omaha, NE

We are looking for a creative, curious, and analytically minded student to work across our brand marketing team. You’ll be concepting, developing and implementing marketing strategies across a variety of platforms and channels. You’ll work with our powerhouse team on our Wild Kingdom brand, our local sponsorship activities and help research opportunities for future growth.

WHAT WE CAN OFFER YOU:

• Hourly Wage: $20.00

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Learn about the Wild Kingdom brand as well as our business strategy for growth.
• Assist with the planning and execution of local sponsorship activities.
• Research and explore new opportunities for growth within corporate sponsorships and partnerships.
• Collaborate with content marketing and digital media teams to create Wild Kingdom related content through social, newsletters and YouTube Short.
• Work with our marketing analytics team to understand performance of Wild Kingdom social media content and collaborate to apply data-driven insights to continuously improve future content creation.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

• Enrollment in a degree program related to Marketing, Communications, or Journalism both before and after the internship.
• Understanding of social media platforms and their role in strategic marketing.
• Strong comfort level with copywriting and content creation for various platforms.
• A highly collaborative nature, along with the ability to work independently to manage your projects and hit key deadlines.
• An eagerness to learn and to share your own knowledge and perspective of social media marketing. 
• Skills in verbal and written communication, human relations, creativity.
• You promote a culture of diversity and inclusion, value different ideas and opinions, and listen courageously, remaining curious in all that you do.
• Ability to work at our home office located in Omaha, Nebraska, in a hybrid environment.
