Senior Loan Bond Administrator - Remote

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• A Senior Loan Bond Administrator analyzes complex mortgage loan activities from acquisition through disposal or maturity.
• Take ownership of the issue. Research and resolve accounting and payment irregularities, legal issues, and document interpretations.
• Coordinate with other business units, ensuring that problems are resolved with a sense of urgency.
• Monitors and tracks the financial conditions of loans, borrowers and property performance.
• Prepares a regular reassessment of risk ratings, and the documentation of changes in credit risk ratings when appropriate.
• Prepares and presents status reports to senior management on a regular basis.

• Strong analytical skills; experience in guiding others, coordinating activities and overseeing several projects simultaneously.

• Ability to work at our home office located in Omaha, Nebraska, in a hybrid environment.

PREFERRED:

• Coordinate processes between departments and external parties to ensure that complete and accurate handoff, processing, and documentation occurs.
• Subject matter experts sought out in matters of real estate financial analysis, forecasting, transactional processing activities while collaboratively building relationships with internal and external partners.
• Minimum 5 years+ experience in senior level commercial mortgage loan servicing for institutional investors.
