Your day will be spent brainstorming creative campaign ideas, crafting engaging content, and managing projects to bring marketing strategies to life. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, analyze campaign performance, and make data-driven adjustments to ensure success. 

WHAT WE CAN OFFER YOU:

  • Estimated Salary: $59,000-$63,000, plus annual bonus opportunity.
  • 401(k) plan with a 2% company contribution and 6% company match.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Campaign Development: Create and execute enrollment campaigns across digital, social, and traditional channels that engage and inspire target audiences. 
  • Content Creation: Develop compelling copy, visuals, and multimedia content to support campaigns, email marketing, blogs, and more for enrollment purposes. 
  • Analytics & Optimization: Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and adjust strategies to maximize ROI and achieve business 
  • Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams, including sales and product teams, to align marketing efforts with company objectives. 
  • Brand Management: Ensure consistency in tone, design, and messaging across all marketing materials, maintaining a strong and cohesive brand identity. 

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

  • 3+ years experience in marketing strategy, employee enrollment campaigns, advertising and insurance practices and regulations. 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including a strong ability to understand and translate benefits into understandable terms. Experience working with and presenting to management across multiple departments (marketing, sales, product, IT, etc). 
  • Effective organizational skills, time management and ability to prioritize work effectively. 
  • Dependable, agile, able to excel in a fluid environment and the ability to work well under tight deadlines. 
  • Proficient use of MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel 
  • You promote a culture of diversity and inclusion, value different ideas and opinions, and listen courageously, remaining curious in all that you do. 

PREFERRED:

  • Experience in Workfront 
  • Experience in developing employee enrollment campaigns for group insurance benefits.
