Are you great with numbers and love solving problems? We’re looking for a Sales Compensation Analyst to ensure producers receive accurate and timely commission payments. In this role, you’ll handle compensation inquiries, analyze data, and play an active role in improving our processes.  If you’re detail-oriented and passionate about continuous improvement, we’d love to hear from you!

WHAT WE CAN OFFER YOU:

  • Estimated Hourly Wage (Levels have variable responsibilities and qualifications) 
    • Sales Compensation Analyst I: $20.00 - $24.25 plus annual bonus opportunity.
    • Sales Compensation Analyst II: $20.75 - $25.88 plus annual bonus opportunity.
    • Sales Compensation Analyst III:  $22.75 - $28.38 plus annual bonus opportunity.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Answer incoming calls and assist with questions about Compensation payments and processes.
  • Calculate and process commission payments, ensuring accuracy and compliance with policies.
  • Maintain and update compensation records, including rates, formulas, and program changes.
  • Review and reconcile commission accounts, identifying and resolving discrepancies.
  • Analyze compensation programs, suggest improvements, and collaborate with internal teams to enhance processes.
  • Identify opportunities for automation, efficiency, and continuous improvement in compensation workflows.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

  • Experience in customer service or phone support.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
  • Ability to quickly learn Compensation systems and technology.
  • Attention to detail, ability to multitask, and a proactive approach to meeting deadlines.
  • A mindset for continuous improvement, always looking for ways to optimize processes and enhance efficiency.
  • You promote a culture of diversity and inclusion, value different ideas and opinions, and listen courageously, remaining curious in all that you do.
  • Able to work remotely with access to a high-speed internet connection and located in the United States or Puerto Rico.

PREFERRED:

  • Experience with compensation systems or knowledge of the insurance industry.
  • Bilingual in Spanish
