We are seeking a Change Management Analyst to drive transparency, knowledge-sharing, and adoption of new ways of working across the organization. This role will accelerate experimentation insights, ensuring learnings are visible, actionable, and widely leveraged. A key responsibility is building dynamic networks that connect employees to share best practices, seek advice, and collaborate effectively. WHAT WE CAN OFFER YOU:

  • Estimated Salary: 
    • Business Program Consultant: $74,000 - $100,000, plus annual bonus opportunity. 
    • Senior Business Program Consultant: $84,500 -  $115,000, plus annual bonus opportunity.
  • 401(k) plan with a 2% company contribution and 6% company match.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Develop systems to surface, document, and share experimentation insights for broad organizational impact.
  • Design and activate networks for peer learning, using diverse communication methods and media.
  • Craft and execute multi-channel communication strategies to ensure key messages reach all stakeholders.
  • Lead change management efforts, securing buy-in and fostering adoption of new practices.
  • Partner with senior leaders to align messaging, engagement strategies, and business priorities.
  • Proactively identify and address barriers to adoption, leveraging data-driven insights.
  • Track and analyze change adoption metrics, gathering feedback to improve change strategies and ensure business objectives are met.
  • Act as a change advocate, fostering a culture of agility and continuous improvement.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

  • Proven experience in organizational change, strategic communication, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Expertise in leveraging modern media and communication tools to engage diverse audiences.
  • Strong ability to translate complex ideas into clear, compelling narratives.
  • A collaborative, execution-focused mindset with a passion for driving learning and transformation.
  • Ability to influence at all levels, fostering alignment and momentum for key initiatives.
  • You promote a culture of diversity and inclusion, value different ideas and opinions, and listen courageously, remaining curious in all that you do.
  • Able to work remotely with access to a high-speed internet connection and located in the United States or Puerto Rico.
