We are seeking a motivated and strategic Product Line Wholesaler to oversee and drive the sales performance of our diverse financial solutions—including Life, Annuity, Disability, Long Term Care, Critical Illness Insurance, Broker Dealer-based offerings, Senior Market Solutions, Group Benefits, and services through our independent marketing company (MOMCO)—within the Advisor Network Sales division. In this pivotal role, you will develop and implement effective sales strategies, empowering advisors and field management to seize new opportunities and achieve outstanding results.

WHAT WE CAN OFFER YOU:

  • Base Salary: $60,000 - $75,000 plus commission.
  • 401(k) plan with a 2% company contribution and 6% company match.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to identify market opportunities and enhance product-line promotion within the Advisor Sales operation.
  • Design and manage engaging product-line contests to drive sales performance and maximize opportunities across the distribution network.
  • Proactively target key offices and Advisors to stimulate significant sales growth through tailored initiatives.
  • Collaborate directly with Advisors and clients in face-to-face consultations, providing expert advice on case development and offering guidance to optimize sales applications and client relationships.
  • Create and deliver impactful sales training programs for field teams, focusing on key areas such as field underwriting techniques, prospecting skills, fact-finding methods, case design, sales language and techniques, presentation and closing skills, and client relationship building.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

  • Proven experience in sales and sales management, demonstrating a successful track record in driving revenue growth and leading high-performing teams.
  • In-depth understanding of agency distribution sales and marketing strategies, with a solid grasp of general business operations.
  • Possession of active Life & Health Insurance Licenses, ensuring compliance and expertise in relevant insurance products.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences, both verbally and in writing.
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 60% of the time, accommodating the demands of the role and supporting field operations.

  • Able to work remotely with access to a high-speed internet connection and located in the United States or Puerto Rico.

PREFERRED:

  • Previous Financial Services or Insurance product wholesaling
  • Securities Licenses
