At the Aquarium of the Pacific in Long Beach, Dr. Rae helps feed sea otter super moms that foster orphaned pups so they can be returned to the wild. Finally, Peter explores the marine estuary where fostered sea otters are released and marvels at the thriving marine ecosystem.
