The DevOps and CI/CD team is looking for a skilled DevOps Engineer with a strong development background to enhance and support our GitHub Actions-based CI/CD ecosystem. We manage critical developer tools, including GitHub Enterprise, Gradle, Artifactory, Xray, SonarQube and more, ensuring a seamless and efficient software delivery process. Our mission is to empower development teams with robust, scalable and secure pipelines to accelerate code delivery.  

WHAT WE CAN OFFER YOU:

  • Estimated Salary (Levels have variable responsibilities and qualifications):
    • Engineer II: $110,000 - $130,000, plus annual bonus opportunity.
    • Engineer III: $125,000 - $145,000, plus annual bonus opportunity.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Design, build and maintain end-to-end CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and other DevOps tools to support enterprise-scale development teams.
  • Collaborate with development teams to improve build, test, and deployment automation, ensuring seamless integration with Java-based applications.
  • Manage, optimize, and support various DevOps services and tools, including JFrog Artifactory, SonarQube, Ansible, Gradle and Apache Ant.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve CI/CD pipeline issues, improving stability, efficiency, and developer experience.
  • Continuously explore and implement automation, monitoring, and security best practices to enhance DevOps processes.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps, software development, or CI/CD pipeline management, with a strong development background (Java, TypeScript, or similar).
  • Expertise in GitHub Actions and GitHub Enterprise, including workflow automation, integrations, and security best practices.
  • Experience working with Java-based build tools and dependency management (Gradle, Maven or Apache Ant).
  • Strong troubleshooting skills, with experience optimizing build and deployment processes for enterprise applications.
  • A collaborative mindset, working closely with development teams to drive DevOps best practices and improve engineering efficiency.

  • Able to work remotely with access to a high-speed internet connection and located in the United States or Puerto Rico.

PREFERRED:

  • Hands-on experience managing and integrating DevOps tools such as JFrog Artifactory, SonarQube, Xray, Consul, and Ansible.
  • Knowledge of DevSecOps principles and experience implementing security scanning and compliance automation.
  • Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools such as Ansible or Terraform to automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration.
