Corporate social responsibility (CSR) is embedded in our business strategy, aligning environmental, social and governance (ESG) efforts with company goals.

Our culture

We have a strong culture centered on our people. Through our Mutually Connected culture program, we have established a common set of values that guide the way we interact with each other and our customers.  

By investing in our people and culture, our goal is to attract, retain and develop the talent that sets us apart and enables our customer-focused mission. 
 
Mutual of Omaha is home to nine Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) that bring employees together around shared life experiences and an interest in strengthening our culture. Each group is open to all employees on a voluntary basis and offers programming and opportunities that enhance the employee experience.
