Our company was founded on a simple principle: help people in their time of need. We put that principle into action not only through our products and services, but also through our charitable giving and community involvement.
Last year, Mutual of Omaha and the Mutual of Omaha Foundation donated more than $8.5 million to 235 nonprofits. Our associates also volunteered nearly 15,000 hours with more than 300 nonprofits in 38 states.

Corporate Support
We provided nearly $3 million in corporate support to more than 100 nonprofits organizations last year, including support for nonprofit events, museum exhibits, community theater productions, and musical performances.

Volunteer Program
Our associates consistently volunteer thousands of hours each year in their communities. In addition to volunteering on their own time, associates have the opportunity to volunteer on company time throughout the year.

Matching Gift Program
This program of the Mutual of Omaha Foundation matches the eligible donations of Mutual associates. In 2024, the program matched $223,000 of associate donations to nearly 400 nonprofits across the country.

Board Leadership
Nearly 40 employees represented Mutual of Omaha on the boards of nonprofits in the Omaha metropolitan area. They are provided with a multitude of learning opportunities and resources to support them in their board service.
